You're making decisions in your business every single day. What to offer. How to price it. When to pivot. Who to work with. And if you're anything like most professional women I know, you're probably overthinking every single one of those decisions.
So then, you do your research. Compare what you find. Ask for opinions. And still, something feels off. Like you're missing a piece of information that would make everything click into place.
What if I told you that piece of information is already inside you, and that you have an entire team of energetic allies ready to help you access it?
Your Spirit Guides are here to help you align with those energies and tune into who you are meant to be.
By connecting with your Guides, you begin to:
Make intuitive, soul-aligned decisions. Like choosing to pivot your niche after receiving intuitive nudges that won't stop tapping you on the shoulder.
Alchemize outdated patterns that no longer serve you. Maybe you've been holding off on raising your rates for months (or years). Then, after connecting with your Guide, you receive a message reminding you of your worth, and boom, the next day, you finally do it.

During a session, I channeled a vision of several streams of income, with flowing water representing untapped potential. That one message started a domino effect of revealing new ways for her to earn money, and suddenly, she wasn't stuck. She saw her income streams and took aligned action.

My Real-World Business Example:
I had a dream when I first considered leaving corporate HR to start my own business. A massive, well over 20-foot python came to me.
I am afraid of snakes. I mean, run screaming, jump on a car hood, levels of fear (true story, that really happened).
But the message from the dream was clear: it's time to shed your old skin and step into your new life.
That was my Snake Guide, slithering in with wisdom I didn't want to hear but desperately needed.
That dream marked the beginning of my journey to shed old beliefs, heal energetic blocks, and step into the version of myself capable of running a spiritually aligned business. Now, I regularly work with five prominent and powerful Snake Guides. Terrifying in "reality", deeply comforting and supportive in the Spirit realm. (Funny how that works.)
What Are Spirit Guides?
There are many articles and depictions of what Spirit Guides are. Some believe that Spirit Guides are chosen or assigned to you by your Higher Self before birth. Others say they're helpers from past lives, ascended masters, or guardians sent to help you through the tough stuff.
For our purposes in this post, and based on what I have personally channeled from The Universe, Spirit Guides are energy.
When you connect with your Guides, you activate the positive energies already within you. These may be dormant energies that need awakening or ones that need alchemical transformation to move you forward.
Your Spirit Guides are the energetic allies that help you grow, protect your magic, shift old patterns, and give you the support and insight you need. They show up in forms that are uniquely meant for you.
Your Spirit Guide Team might include ancestors, past-life versions of yourself, animal spirits, mythical beings, plant spirits, planetary forces, angels, or deities.
How Spirit Guides Communicate With You
Guides can speak to you through:
✨ Visualization and meditation
🌙 Dreams
🐾 Nature and animals
🔢 Repeating numbers or symbols (synchronicities)
🎵 Songs, signs, even random conversations
Their messages often come when you slow down long enough to listen. Or, let's be honest, they sometimes yell at you when you've ignored all the subtle signs.
The key is learning to recognize their language. And that language is different for everyone.
Grounding & Protection Before Spiritual Work
Before doing any spiritual work, it helps to ground and protect your energy. These practices support your nervous system and help your body settle into a calm, receptive state.
⛰️Grounding
Start with your breath. Slow, steady breathing helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which tells your body it is safe to relax.
Spending time in nature is another powerful way to ground yourself. Walking outside, touching the earth, or standing with your feet on the ground helps bring awareness back into your body and reconnect you with the Earth’s energy.
👷🏽♀️ Protection
Just like in everyday life, the world contains all kinds of energies. Most are neutral or supportive, but not everything we encounter is helpful. In the same way we lock our doors at night or set boundaries with difficult people, it is wise to create energetic boundaries before opening yourself to intuitive or spiritual work.
You can also use self-visualization. Imagine yourself being surrounded by a protective bubble of light and set the intention that your energy is protected.
In addition, some people like to cleanse their space before spiritual work. This can be done with safely-used smoke, spiritual waters, or simply by opening a window and letting fresh air move through the room.
Pay attention to how your body feels. Your intuition and subconscious communicate through physical sensations and emotional signals. When something feels steady and supportive, you are usually moving in the right direction.
Once you feel grounded and settled, you can begin opening the door to connecting with your Spirit Guides.
How to Start Connecting with Your Spirit Guides
🔑 Ask.
Yep, it starts that easily. Ask out loud or in your mind, "Spirit Guides, please show me you're here. I'm ready to connect."
👁️ Pay attention and notice what is around you.
Once you ask, keep your eyes and ears open. You might see repeating numbers, animals, feathers, or hear a specific song at just the right moment.
📝 Document.
Keep a notebook and jot down signs, dreams, and messages. Patterns will start to emerge. This is how your Guides' language and energetic connection begin to reveal themselves.
🧘 Visualize or meditate.

🔒 Trust your experience.
This part can be tough. Your logical mind will try to hijack what you experience. But trust what you feel, sense, or hear. Trust is the bridge between you and the energy of your Guides.

Spirit Guides are here for you. The woman figuring out her next step. The woman making decisions about work, money, and the direction of her life. The woman building a business, managing a team, considering a career change, growing a side hustle while running a household and making thoughtful choices about the future.
