The following Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) are entered into by and between You and Aisha Subia, DBA My Sacred Bridge (“Company,” “we” or “us”).

By purchasing any service, product, or program from My Sacred Bridge (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) through our website mysacredbridge.com (“Website”), you (“Client,” “Customer,” or “you”) agree to the following Terms of Purchase, which are incorporated into and made part of our overall Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

All purchases made through our Website, in person, or through other online platforms operated by us are subject to these Terms of Purchase, as well as our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Terms. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

NO PURCHASE BY MINORS

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any service or product from My Sacred Bridge. By completing a purchase, you represent that you meet this age requirement and understand that our Offerings may include adult or mature themes not suitable for minors.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All sessions, classes, and communications are conducted in confidence as described in the “Confidentiality” section of our Terms and Conditions of Use. By purchasing or booking a service, you agree to respect and uphold these confidentiality standards.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Our Offerings include coaching services, workshops, classes, and community gatherings, as well as physical magical goods such as candles, sachets, and other spiritual or ritual tools. We may also provide digital products, including downloadable guides, audio recordings, and other materials designed to support your personal practice and spiritual development.

All Offerings are intended for personal and spiritual enrichment only. They are not intended to replace professional advice or guidance of any kind, including but not limited to medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed services.

Our physical and digital products are offered for personal use only. While we make every effort to craft and present our products with care, we make no guarantees regarding specific energetic, emotional, or material results, as individual experiences may vary.

While spiritual guidance, intuitive insights, or messages received from Spirit during sessions or readings are often meaningful and accurate, they are not a substitute for professional advice. Any intuitive or energetic guidance related to health, finances, relationships, or other personal matters is offered for personal and spiritual reflection only. You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to evaluate such information and, if needed, seek advice from a qualified professional or specialist in the relevant field before taking action. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any Offering at any time without prior notice. Prices and availability are subject to change.

PAYMENT TERMS

All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Payments are processed securely through our designated third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us (and our third-party processors) to charge the full amount to your chosen payment method.

If a payment is declined or fails for any reason, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel access to any Offering until full payment is received.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy applies to all purchases and is incorporated into these Terms of Purchase.

  • Services (Coaching, Workshops, and Classes): Cancellations must be made in accordance with our posted policy on the Website or as stated at the time of booking. If no policy is stated, cancellations made within the timeframe specified in your confirmation email may be eligible for a partial refund or credit at our discretion.

  • Products: All physical goods are final sale unless damaged or defective upon arrival. Please inspect your order promptly and contact us at aisha@mysacredbridge.com within 7 days of receipt to report any issues.

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of downloadable products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access is granted, except where required by law.

Refunds will be issued only to the original form of payment. We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the above criteria or are requested outside the permitted timeframe.

DELIVERY AND ACCESS

Digital products and online services are delivered electronically to the email address or account provided during checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information is accurate and accessible.

DISCLAIMERS ON RESULTS AND USE

By purchasing our Offerings, you acknowledge that we make no guarantees about results or outcomes. The effectiveness of our services, workshops, and products depends on many individual factors, including your own effort, mindset, and personal circumstances.

Any statements made regarding spiritual, energetic, or emotional benefits are offered from a place of intuitive expertise and spiritual practice, not as professional advice or a promise of results.

PRICING AND TAXES

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable sales taxes will be added to your total purchase price as required by law, including California state and local taxes where applicable.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees related to your purchase.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

All materials, recordings, handouts, guides, and other content included in your purchase are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials without our express written permission.

TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We reserve the right to terminate your access to any Offering, without refund, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Purchase, our Terms and Conditions of Use, or any applicable law.

COMPLIANCE WITH CALIFORNIA AND FEDERAL LAW

These Terms of Purchase comply with applicable California consumer protection laws, including but not limited to the California Business and Professions Code, Consumer Legal Remedies Act (Cal. Civ. Code §1750 et seq.), and the California Online Privacy Protection Act.

We also comply with applicable federal e-commerce and disclosure regulations, including the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. §§41–58) and related guidelines on testimonials, refunds, and digital product sales.
